Shipping & Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns Procedure

Exchanges:

If after you have purchased skates, you find they do not fit, provided they are un-used we will exchange them for an alternative size, or refund you. You just have to cover any postage costs incurred.

Provided items are returned in their original packaging and as new condition, we allow up to 30 Days for you to return the item for a refund.

There are two wys to do exchanges:

You can send your item back for exchange.

1. For small items use Royal Mail but make sure you pay for RM signed for as the parcel is still your responsibility until it gets back to us.

2. For larger items you can use Royal Mail or we recommend www.parcel2go.com. They will give you options of couriers and also collect from you often for a cheaper price than Royal Mail.

Packaging Instructions:

Please pack the original box in plastic or cardboard box, as we need to receive them back in a saleable condition. Do not stick tape directly on to the items packaging as we will not be able to exchange.

Payment, Pricing & Ordering

We accept payment via Barclays Payments and Paypal both these methods are secure. Look for the padlock symbol at the top of your internet browser. Prices are subject to change.

If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit/debit card we will not be obliged to despatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:The item being out of stock or no longer available; or Your payment being declined; or An unspecified technical error.
